Day #88
In songs and poems they talk about a heart of stone or ice. Meaning heart break, a loss of a loved one, as well as making sure the next time your heart will not break.
Beneath the white fire of the moon
Love's wings are broken all to soon
We never learn
Hurt together, hurt alone
Don't you sometimes wish your heart
was a heart of stone. (Cher)
While out walking, my true love found a heart shaped stone. To find something like that, its Mother Nature's magic trick at creating hearts out of stone.

Once I had a heart of stone
for it had surely lost its home
It could not live or wanted to,
but in my life then came you.
