"It's not easy being green". a song by my very favorite frog, Kermit.
Green is everywhere, with spring and the approaching summer. Green grass, green leaves, lettuce, spinach, beans, peas...and horseradish.
The delicate flower and tropical looking leaf is from our Horseradish garden. Cool, green and pretty looking, but the roots! Look out! hot and spicy tasting! But, so delicious on burgers steak or roast beef!
