Sunday Fun

Day #181

It can be hard to get out and have some fun on a Sunday.  Our lives are busy and filled with responsibilities, duties, errands, jobs, and we need to also

consider the weather. We do try to get out for a walk in the neighborhood as much as possible. 

Today our walk took as to Wilson Park. I have mentioned before it is about a 5 min walk from our house. 

We decided to have some fun and climb down a 30 foot bank to the granite type rocks that line the shore of the Nechako River.!

I had not walked along there before, and it gave us an opportunity to be closer to the river, collect a bag full of empty cans and bottles and bring home a couple unique rocks for the garden. 

We were not the only ones having some fun on a Sunday! 

Our Sunday Fun ended when we found the perfect and easy spot to climb back up the bank  when the sky opened up and we got soaked!
