Tiny

Day #223

For my Birthday this past March, my daughter gave me a Hyacinth. The flower stalk was 10 inches tall. When she was done growing, I place the pot outside among my outside flower pots.
We received a cold snap, and when I was picking my tomatoes, I had noticed that my Hyacinth was growing, its green leaves poking out of the dirt.
Now the plant at its tallest leaves is 2 inches tall, there are beautiful flowers and just because it is so tiny, it is still very fragrant!

I used my macro lens and the wonderful fall sunshine that was coming into my kitchen to get this shot.

Enjoy the small things in life.

See you very soon!
