Ducks

Last night we attended the Ducks Unlimited Canada fun raising dinner. They talked about the wetlands and all the animal that live in that habitat. They also mentioned all the hard work they do not only here in the north of BC, but across Canada.

I feel fortunate to live in a town that 5 min walk from my house is a wetland. You can see signs of other animals, beaver, bear, deer, fox and of course ducks, geese and gulls.Let us not forget the humans, not only did I see human foot prints, but 'take out' containers too.

So, I thought it was fitting to post a photo of a few ducks swimming in their pond, then they  decided to take flight. 

I just had only one lens with me, my 15-55mm wide angle lens.
