Day #32
My grand daughter received a Instax mini instant camera for Christmas. You remember the Polariod Land Cameras! Same principal. Load the film, take your picture, and in a few minutes you have your photo printed off in your hand.
Polaroid Land Cameras were manufactured in the 1960's by inventor Edwin Land. It introduced the world to the idea of instant photography in some regard, paved the way for modern era of instant digital gratification.
My daughter gave me a Polaroid 440 Automatic Land Camera for Christmas. There is film still in the camera, and a battery. I have not used it yet, but have done some research. The last film manufactured was in 2017. So, I think doing more research I may be able to find film, and there is a site on how to adapt the battery for this camera.
Any ways, I will treasure my camera, and add it to my small collection of cameras.
