Story Time

Day #220

 

 

She walked through the woods like a young maiden. Inside she felt young, light and free. Some would say she is very old lady at a mere 60. When she looks at her reflection in the river, she sees a young woman. Not a beauty, like her mother.  There was one person who was older than she and that was the Queen, she was as old as time itself. 

She received a message that the Queen demanded to see her. She wasn't afraid, she was mostly just annoyed. 

She herself had lived in the castle..many moons ago, and chose to leave the court and live as she wanted and not under the watchful eyes of the Queens Court.

She had decided not to let anything upset her, she will enjoy the walk in the woods to the castle, that once was her family home. Yes, the Queen is her mother. 

She notices that the elves were out, there are stones, brightly colored stones hidden in the trees. The are very sneaky, the change their shapes into stumps of trees, or large stone. When you turn your back.. they disappear. 

 

Story Time

While I was walking at the park, it felt like I was walking in a fairy tale. I the different birds fly tree to tree, and the squirrels would warn others that I was near. 


I played with editing to give it a a darker look.... something out of The Grimm's Brothers!
