Day #59
Sitting looking out the window this morning while enjoying a cup of coffee, I notice birds feeding on the bird feeder!
I had decided to try and take some picture through the window, instead of tip toeing outside and scaring the bird away. I used my 55-250mm lens and played with my settings to get this shot looking out my window.

Watching the birds fly back and forth to feed off the feeder is so relaxing and it reduces stress! What great therapy!
