Lighting candles for warmth, to light up the room, to see, to feel warmth around you. We watch the flame flicker, and the wax drip down.
Now you can purchase battery operated candles. They give off a candle light, but, not the same effect or atmosphere like a 'real' candle!

The candle holder came from a gift shop at The Grand Canyon. I love how the wick and the flame are visible through the opening. This makes me smile and remembrance of a great trip.
