A few days ago, my mother returned from a 2 month vacation in Fiji, where she visited her son and daughter in law. Mom who is 80+ years old, told me that my brother has a vast variety of bananas on their property. 

One of the desserts that my sister in law made was banana ice cream. It was strictly bananas and a wee bit of vanilla! My mom said it tasted so heavenly, that I was inspired to make some ice cream as well

I have a blender, food processor, and an ice cream maker... and I used my blender and a batch of frozen bananas! Delicious....

After my taste test and photo shoot, I put my frozen banana Ice cream into the freezer for dessert!
